The Job - Sales

What you'll be doing:

• Generating a strong pipeline of qualified leads, conducting demos, and closing deals.
• Building a referral network, and nurturing those opportunities.
• Taking a challenger sales approach to win deals and deliver value for clients.
• Performing in accordance with a monthly quota and commission structure.

Who you are:

• Corporate wellness and benefits experience: Selling either into HR / Benefits, or working with insurance plans. 
• An over-achiever who doesn't take no for an answer, and has a track record of closing and winning deals. 
• Self-motivated loves to hustle can operate in a lean. environment, and able to hit the ground running on day 1.
• Ambitious, curious, and with a strong work ethic.
• Strong communicator - verbal and written skills - and able to establish a quick rapport with prospects.
